AGM 4th September 2026, followed by first committee meeting, As we commence a new committee year, we warmly invite you to attend the AGM. If you are interested in joining the committee, whether as a trustee, in a leadership position, or as a general volunteer, your participation would be most welcome. For those considering a more significant role, please feel free to speak with our current chair, or join us at our committee open day in August 2026 to learn more about the various opportunities available.

TBC sept , BINGO, WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY FRIENDLY BINGO  Families (children of school age) are always welcome at WWVH bingo. Monies raised help towards equipment for the hall (Charity No. 209082) When children win on a cash game, they win an age-appropriate prize, and parent awarded the money. We have both Adult and Children’s raffles, and you choose your prizes! Also, a Bar/Kitchen available for refreshments. We ask players to please, remain in their seats and noise levels kept to a minimum during the games and look forward to seeing you all soon ☺

12th September 2026 DISCO Let’s party the night away with a bang! Why not crank up the excitement and transform it into a silent disco, complete with glow sticks, funky headphones, and dance competitions? Family fun is absolutely top of the agenda – laughter, games, and unforgettable memories guaranteed!

The excitement is so high, the waiting list for this fantastic (and completely free!) event fills up quicker than you can say ‘jingle bells. Pop your name on the list now to avoid missing out on a sparkling afternoon of festive joy for the little ones. Did we mention it’s free for all children? And while the kids are having a ball, and tucking into a delicious buffet and adults enjoy a drink from the bar. Don’t miss out on this unmissable Christmas celebration! The children are the main focus of this festive event, with all activities and treats provided free of charge to ensure they enjoy a magical Christmas celebration. 31st December 2026 NEW YEARS EVE PARTY I’m officially throwing my Christmas rulebook out the window this year! Here I am, on 04/01/2026, already buzzing with excitement as I plan our next New Year’s Eve bash for 2026, well ahead of my birthday, no less. Last New Year’s Eve was an absolute blast—the feedback was brilliant! But for 2026, we’re aiming for something even more spectacular: extra games, bigger entertainment, and a heap more prizes to bring the house down. Get ready for our best celebration yet!
